CAPTJG Plemmons:
The following personnel are assigned to your command, HMS Truculent (BC-593), in the defined capacities:
- LCDR James Falconburg, SC, RMN (RMN-3757-16), is assigned as EXECUTIVE OFFICER, relieving CDR Michael Durkin, RMN. LCDR Falconburg is hereby breveted to the rank of COMMANDER, RMN.
The above directive is effective on this date, 10 September 2018.
The Bureau of Ships wishes to express appreciation and thanks to Commander Durkin for his service as the Executive Officer of Truculent.
