Active BuShips Directive 1911-06 was issued on 19 November 2019 under the authority of the Third Space Lord. This directive appoints a new Commanding Officer and Executive Officer for RHSS Javier Giscard.

Commander Lee:
You are hereby directed and required to proceed aboard RHSS Javier Giscard (RHSS-01), there to take upon yourself the duties and responsibilities of Commanding Officer relieving Rear Admiral Dame Melyssa Dennis, QCB, KDE, CR, OG, CGM, QBM, PC, RHN, in service to the Republic. Fail not in this charge at your peril.
The following personnel have been assigned to your command, are hereby directed and required to proceed aboard RHSS Javier Giscard (RHSS-01), there to take upon themselves the duties and responsibilities below:
- Lieutenant (SG) Peter West, RHN (RMN-1572-13), is assigned as Executive Officer. LT(SG) Peter West hereby breveted to the rank of COMMANDER, RHN.
Based upon the requirements of the service for your new billet, you are hereby brevetted to the rank of CAPTAIN, RHN.
The above directive is effective on this date, 19 November 2019.
The Bureau of Ships wishes to express appreciation and thanks to Rear Admiral Dennis for her service as Commanding Officer of Javier Giscard and wish her all success in her future endeavors.
