Captain Junior Grade Klein-Lebbink:
You are hereby directed and required to proceed aboard HMS Enterprise (BC-480), there to take upon yourself the duties and responsibilities of Executive Officer, relieving Commander Kimball Williams, RMN, in service to the Crown. Fail not in this charge at your peril.
The above directive is effective on this date, 2 March 2024.
The Bureau of Ships wishes to express appreciation and thanks to CDR Williams for his service as Executive Officer of the Enterprise and wish him all success in his future endeavors.
