Commander Williams:
You are hereby directed and required to proceed aboard HMS Enterprise (BC-480), there to take upon yourself the duties and responsibilities of Executive Officer, relieving Captain Gordon Klein-Lebbink, RMN, in service to the Crown. Fail not in this charge at your peril.
The Bureau of Ships wishes to express appreciation and thanks to Captian Klein-Lebbink for their service as XO of HMS Enterprise and wish them all success in their future endeavors.
The above directive is effective on this date, 26 September 2025.
