Effective today, [[Major]] Jeffrey Hughes (RMN-1688-13) is hereby promoted to the billet of [[Executive Officer]] of the 1st Regiment of Foote. He will report immediately to Colonel Dadd who is in command of the holding chapter. We wish Major Hughes luck and continued success in his new role.
By my authority as Deputy Marshal of the [[Royal Manticoran Army]], I congratulate [[Brigadier General]] Aaron Clark and Command [[Sergeant Major]] Brian Lee of the Royal Manticoran Army of the Royal Manticoran Army as having passed the four qualifications for obtaining the Army [[Combat Infantry Badge]].
