Chief Petty Officer Aboltins you are also hereby brevetted to the rank of Lieutenant Senior Grade.
Commander Drakkus Heath you are hereby ordered and directed to report to the Isaiah Mackenzie Naval Academy's Commandant Commodore Robert Demkiw, to assume the position and duties of Senior Officer Instructor. effective Oct 27 2016, fail not in this test.
