Naval Directive 12NO-01 was issued 3 November 2012 under the authority of the First Space Lord. It appoints the commanding officer of Third Fleet.

| Re: | Appointment of Third Fleet Commanding Officer (Naval Directive 12NO-01) |
As of the date of this Order, by my hand, and by the authority of the Sovereign, Queen of Manticore Elizabeth III, I hereby Appoint Rear Admiral of the Red (Brevet) Renee Haggerty to the position of Commanding Officer of the Third Fleet and the Third Naval District with all of the authority and responsibility requisite thereof, effective 04 November 2012.
As a Numbered Fleet Commander your duties are primarily focused on recruiting in your naval Districts. Your cooperation with the Space Lords is expected and your mentorship of future appointees to the individual task forces will be so as well.
