Re: Reassignment of various BuTrain personnel

At his own request, Sir James H. Friedline is relieved as the Mannheim University, History of TRMN Instructor, effective 28 March 2023. The entire administration, faculty, and staff of BuTrain thanks Sir James for his many years of vision and service to the Bureau of Training.

Captain (JG) John Chambers is relieved as the Chief of Staff of the Saganami Island Naval Academy and is reassigned as the Mannheim University, History of TRMN Instructor. He will also continue to serve as the Saganami Island Technical Specialties College Data Systems School Instructor, effective 28 March 2023. Congratulations Captain Chambers.

Colonel Larry French is relieved as the Commandant of the Saganami Island Naval College as well as the Deputy Commandant of the Camp Maastricht Technical Specialties College and is reassigned as the Mannheim University Head of the Historical Society, which will include serving as the History of the 20th Century Instructor. He will also continue to serve as the Saganami Island Naval College Junior Officer Instructor, effective 28 March 2023. Congratulations Colonel French.

Master Chris Lynch is relieved as the IMNA Jr. Enlisted Instructor, effective 28 March 2023. Many thanks to Master Lynch, who will continue to serve BuTrain in his other capacities.

Master Chief Petty Officer Kate Regina is relieved as the NCOIC of the IMNA Enlisted Training Center, though she is appointed and/or will continue to serve as the IMNA Warrant Officer and Sr. Enlisted Instructor. MCPO Regina is reassigned as the Star Kingdom University Administrative Assistant (Chief of Staff), which will include continuing to serve as the Mannheim University School of Criminology Instructor, effective 28 March 2023. Congratulations MCPO Regina.

Many thanks for your past service and congratulations to you all as you continue and expand upon your service to TRMN and/or BuTrain.
