Re: Appointment of Instructor, Grand Alliance Advanced Tactical Center
Konteradmiral Geoffrey W. Zoeller Jr. (RMN-6093-19) of HMS Penelope is hereby appointed to the position of Instructor, Grand Alliance Advanced Tactical Center. Konteradmiral Zoeller is ordered to report to Captain (SG) Blake Filkins, Commandant, Mainline College, Grand Alliance Naval Academy to assume his station.
Thanks to Captain Rowan Wagstaff-Weston for his service in this position, and best of luck to him in his future endeavors.
