Re:	Establishment of the Manticore Guard Regiment Command Staff (FO-1812-D)

By my hand, and by the authority of the Sovereign, Queen of Manticore Elizabeth III, I hereby authorize the following changes of command:

I relinquish command of the Manticore Guard Regiment, and I place the following in command of the Manticore Guard Regiment:

Brigadier General Les Rickard as CO of the Manticore Guard Regiment

First Lieutenant Frank Hall as XO of the Manticore Guard Regiment

First Sergeant Jeffrey Hughes as Gunny of the Manticore Guard Regiment

I hereby authorize the following Brevets commensurate with the new assignments.

Frank Hall is brevetted to Lieutenant Colonel O-5

Jeffrey Hughes is brevetted to Sergeant Major E-9
