RE: AD RMA-2604-01 Promotion Lieutenant Mehr

By my authority as Marshal of the Army, in the absence of an appropriate Field Army Commander, I hereby promote 2nd Lieutenant Steven Mehr (RMN-6958-23) to 1st Lieutenant (O-2). This promotion was endorsed by Westmarch Rifles CO Colonel John E. Cauffman. I have verified that Lieutenant Mehr has met the educational requirements, Time-In-Grade and accumulated enough promotion points to meet the requirements set by PD-SC-1004. Please join me in congratulating 1st Lieutenant Mehr for his service and contributions to the RMA and TRMN.
