HMS Chainshot (DD-372) was a Culverin-class Destroyer of the Royal Manticoran Navy, chartered in Sacramento, California. Commissioned in 2016 under CDRE Sir Joseph Harney, her crew upgraded to the superdreadnought HMS Revenge three months later, returning Chainshot to reserve.
History
HMS Chainshot commissioned in May of 2016, under the command of then-Commander Sir Joseph Harney.[1] Less than a month later, this hull was incorporated as a founding member of Destroyer Division 231, which was itself assigned to Task Group 91.1.[2] In August of that year, however, Chainshot was returned to the Active Reserve upon the crew's upgrade to HMS Revenge (SD-317).[3]
