The Office of the Fourth Space Lord is responsible for the general Communications for The Royal Manticoran Navy: The Official Honor Harrington Fan Association, Inc. This includes, but is not limited to:
* Production of the official organizational quarterly newsletter: A Manticore's Tale
* Maintenance of the organizational websites
* Administration and moderation of the Forums
* Organizational email administration
* Providing member support for web applications
* Editing and typesetting of organizational manuals
