This Award is issued once per year to the Regimental Combat Team which most demonstrates their excellence compared to the other RCTs. An RCT can be as large as a full RCT or as small as a Ground Installation. This is awarded based on the efforts of the entire Regimental Combat Team and not just the efforts of one person. An example would be, everyone in the RCT completing all the classes at [[Saganami Island]] or [[King Roger I Military Academy]]. Just one person alone completing them would not qualify.<ref>[https://trmn.org/docs/rma_101_sm_v1_8.pdf Soldiers Guide], page 80</ref> | This Award is issued once per year to the Regimental Combat Team which most demonstrates their excellence compared to the other RCTs.
