One of the chief innovations ‘think tanks’ in the entire Empire, the firm is home to some of the brightest (and most opportunistic) minds in the

thriving economy of the bustling Andermani Empire.   Starting as a small institute attached to the Prinz Adelbert Marine Akademie to help retiring veterans design and start new businesses as they leave service, it has since grown into one of the leading voices in labor relations and business development within the Andermani Empire.  There are now multiple branch offices all over the empire with centers for excellence on Potsdam, Erin, and Tomlinson.  But it is most known for the famed Neu Potsdam Conference, which bi-annually brings together business leaders from various corporate concerns around the Empire, meeting in the Westrovian corporate headquarters in the Baronie of Neu Potsdam and discussing the many ways in which these powerful and diverse corporate entities can work together to meet their (and the Empire’s) goals.
