Active Naval Directive 15AU-04 was issued 16 August 2015 under the authority of the First Space Lord. This order establishes the Carrier (LAC) Division 624, and appoints Captain (SG) Joseph Lyons as Division CO.

As of the date of this Order, by my hand, and by the authority of the Sovereign, Queen of Manticore Elizabeth III, I hereby establish the Carrier (LAC) Division - ClacDiv 624
- HMS Specter CLAC-29 - Captain (SG) Joseph Lyons, Hampton Roads, VA
- HMS Salamander, CLAC-31 - Captain (SG) Karolyn Byers, Waynesboro, VA
- HMS Devastation DD-44 - Lt Commander Jacklyn Sullivan, Norfolk, VA
Division Command is given to Captain (SG) Lyons concurrent with his command of the HMS Specter.
In addition I do hereby direct all officer herein named to take command of their commands and proceed to their assigned patrol area and protect the lives and property of Manticoran citizens therein, In addition you will fulfill any other duties as may be assigned by the Third Fleet Commander and the First Space Lord, this order made under my hand will be effective 0001 hours 16-AUG-2015.
