To: All Civilian Departments, and all Officers and Enlisted in the Royal Manticoran Navy, Saganami Island Academy Faculty, and all Allied Forces

Subject: Office of the Registrar Companies Register
As of this date, The companies register is hereby open for applications from all members. This is for the purpose are primarily registering role-play companies within the organisation ( but they can produce actual goods if you so wish.)
