By my hand, and by the authority of the Sovereign, Queen of Manticore, Elizabeth III, I hereby make the following appointment:
Doss Buckalew (RMN-0379-11) of HMS Tristram (DD-479) is hereby appointed to the position Merchant Fleet Academy General Spacer Instructor and is promoted to the rank of Chief Petty Officer (E-7).
Chief Buckalew, you are hereby ordered to report, post haste, to the Bagaduce River College of the Merchant Fleet Academy to assume your duties as General Spacer Instructor within the Kaylee Jo Lingley School of Spacemanship.
