To: All Officers and Enlisted in the Royal Manticoran Navy and Saganami Island Academy Faculty and Staff, Allied Navies, Facility and Staff of Star Kingdom University System
As of the date of this order, by my hand, and by the authority of the Sovereign, Queen of Manticore Elizabeth III, I hereby appoint Ms. Debi Dreese-Hoch, Civilian (DIP) to the position of CORE Instructor, Landing University, Star Kingdom University System. Ms. Debi Dreese-Hoch is also hereby promoted to the position of C5 - Administrator.
Ms. Debi Dreese-Hoch, you are ordered to report to Landing University, Manticore, post haste, to assume your office as CORE Instructor, where you will report to the Regent of the Star Kingdom University System.
