| Director Cameron is an extremely innovative worker, and the Home Office has benefited from the breadth of the Director’s expertise. Since Director Cameron’s appointment the Special Intelligence service has been restructured and strenuous efforts have been made to create a separate identity for those who chose SIS for their branch.

| One of the very noticeable things about the Director is the tremendous sense of fun and willingness to go above and beyond the duties expected of a Head of Branch. The Director has been called upon on several occasions to co-host the Virtual Civil Awards Events. The Events were very successful and enjoyed by all.

| Now that the Director has laid an excellent and solid ground work, I am quite sure that 2022 will see many of the plans put into operation and look forward to watching SIS come into its own under the Director’s guidance.
