Manticore Central Control (ATC-01) is First Fleet's Royal Manticoran Astro Control Service station, also serves as the RMACS's flagship station, and is the holding chapter for all civilian personnel not yet affiliated with a chapter. Commanded by ADM Garret Bitker, Baron Silver Lake, Central Control claims Owatonna, MN as her charter city.

Central Control was commissioned on 18 SEPT 2018 under the command of then-CAPT Bitker by order of BuShips.[1]
