You are directed and required to assume the role and responsibilities of Deputy First Space Lord, Royal Manticoran Navy, relieving ADM Michael Garcia, Earl McCovey Cove, RMN. Fail not in this duty at your peril.
HMND-2407-01.01: By order of the First Space Lord, you are promoted to ADMIRAL OF THE RED, RMN (F-4-A), and are hereby entitled to all rights and privileges therein.
- I wish to express my appreciation and gratitude to ADM McCovey Cove for his time, dedication to TRMN, and friendship. ADM McCovey Cove came on board as D1SL 5 years ago, just after I was appointed during a difficult time. I could not have done my job over the years without his support, ideas/advice, and teamwork.
The above directives are issued with an effective date of 01 July 2024 at 0001 hours.
