Dame Julie:
The following personnel are assigned to your command, HMS Lodestone (DD-64) in the defined capacities:
- S1C John Fairbairn, RMN (RMN-3944-16) is assigned as Ship’s Bosun, relieving LCDR Sir Jamey Salsburg, KDE, OC, RMN. Spacer Fairbairn is hereby breveted to the rank of CHIEF PETTY OFFICER, RMN.
The above order is effective on this date, 10 September 2017.
The Bureau of Ships wishes to express its appreciation to Sir Jamey for his service as Ship’s Bosun.
