You are hereby directed and required to proceed aboard HMS Victorious (BC-425), there to take upon yourself the duties and responsibilities of Executive Officer, relieving Captain Senior Grade Blake Filkins, RMN, in service to the Star Empire and the Grand Alliance. Fail not in this charge at your peril.
The Bureau of Ships wishes to express appreciation and thanks to CAPTSG Filkins for their service as Executive Officer of HMS Victorious and wish them all success in their future endeavors.
The above directive is effective on this date: 29/09/2025
In service to Her Majesty, Sovereign Queen of the Star Kingdom of Manticore, and First Empress of the Star Empire, Elizabeth III.
