Effective dates are initial-approval dates verified against the Board of Directors meeting minutes on the TRMN Forums; where a document's own Record of Changes conflicted, the minutes govern. Several documents carry later amendments; see each document's Record of Changes for its full history. PD-BOD-3000 (10 March 2024) was rescinded at the 2 March 2025 Board meeting, having been superseded by the Action Without Meeting policy (PD-BOD-0003, 1 December 2024).
