After some discussion with various marines throughout the Corps, it appears that there is some confusion regarding reserve ranks within tRMN and its associated divisions. I must admit even I had to go back and reread the AO ([[Admiralty Order 1312-01 | AO 1312-01]]) pertaining to reserve ranks within tRMN and its divisions. Currently tRMN only allows for reserve ranks under the narrowest of circumstances. Therefore as of the date of this Order, by my hand, and by the authority of the [[Sovereign]], [[Queen of Manticore]] [[Elizabeth III]], in order to settle any issues within the RMMC regarding reserve ranks and to insure compliance with AO 1312-01 the following policies are instituted for all marines and [[Marine Detachment|MARDETS]] within the RMMC;
