Commander Edward Newton, you are hereby required and directed to report to the Isaiah Mackenzie Naval Academy and the Office of the commandant. You are hereby appointed Vice Commandant of the IMNA, fail not in this charge.
Commander Newton, you are also hereby brevetted to the rank of Captain Junior Grade.
Ensign James Falconburg, you are hereby required and directed to report to the Isaiah Mackenzie Naval Academy and the Office of the commandant. You are hereby appointed to the position of Personnel officer of the IMNA, fail not in this charge.
Ensign Falconburg, you are also hereby brevetted to the rank of Lieutenant Senior Grade to fulfill the duties of this post.
