Please note this Directive is Effective as of 01-JAN-18
As of the date of this Order, by my hand, and by the authority of the Sovereign, Queen of Manticore, Elizabeth III, having accepted the resignation of ADM Killian due to personal reasons:
I hereby name Commodore James Jones as Commanding Officer for Tenth Fleet, with all rights duties, privileges and honors appertaining thereunto.
Additionally, James Jones is hereby promoted to the rank of Rear Admiral of the Red, effective as of the date of this Directive.
I wish to thank ADM Killian for her service and dedication to the Tenth Fleet, it has been an honor to serve with you, ma’am! Fair winds in your future endeavors!
This order made under my hand will be effective 0001 hours 01-JAN-18
