RadCon is a fan-run science fiction and fantasy convention held annually over Presidents' Day weekend in Pasco, Washington, in the Tri-Cities area. It was first held in February 1992.[1][2]
Within the Tenth Fleet, RadCon is one of the northern venues for the rotating Tenth Fleet Summit; it hosted the 2020 fleet summit that February — before the pandemic shutdown — organized by the light cruiser HMS Eardsidh Kamerling of southeastern Washington.[3] Beyond the summit, RadCon has been designated a Tenth Fleet Fleet Event in other years — RadCon 8B (February 2022) and RadCon 2023, for which operational awards were issued under Orders:Tenth Fleet Order 2309-02.
