** The other possibility from this example could be that the markup appears as <code><nowiki>[[Army Directive]]</nowiki></code>, but that would have to rely on an existing Redirect to the target link <code><nowiki>[[Army_Directives]]</nowiki></code>.

* It's possible to generate a informational warning message from clicking Show Preview. When creating a redirect for the abbreviation "ACS" (presumably targeting the page name "Astro Control System"), the warning message informed that a page exists with the page name <code><nowiki>[[Royal_Manticoran_Astro_Control_Service]]</nowiki></code>. Because of this warning the target it suggests is checked for target accuracy, and the target in the Redirect page can be adjusted accordingly; this saves extra steps/work in the future.
