My fellow Manticorans,
Effective as of 0001 Hours on February 12, 2012, it is my pleasure to announce the commissioning of the Pinnace Merlin-01. This is a Pinnace under the Command of Lieutenant (j.g.) Timothy Bailey and is assigned to the HMS Merlin (CA-270) and Second Fleet.
The crew of this ship consists of Commodore Penny Horwitz and Spacers 3rd Class Patrick Bailey and David Poll who will be recruiting additional members to form a full crew for a larger vessel.
