Veteran NCO’s are a rare and important resource to the members of the Royal Manticoran Navy, providing critical mentoring and leadership services separate from the commissioned officers. Many members achieving senior NCO rank are soon tapped for commissioned leadership positions, and it takes a special kind of dedication to voluntarily remain enlisted.
