Pursuant to [[BuShips Directive 1702-14]] ("Declaration of Admiralty House Event"), issued on 13 February 2017, FleetEx BayCon 2017 was declared as the [[Third Space Lord]]'s Admiralty House Event, making those attendees who provide support to the exercise eligible as qualified by the latest Awards Manual for the [[HAVENITE WAR CAMPAIGN MEDAL]].
