This Admiralty Order supersedes Admiralty Order 0801-07.
-This Admiralty Order will specifically detail how Promotions Boards are constituted, when they meet and what criteria they use to evaluate a candidate. It will augment the information in the Membership Handbook, and in the case of disagreement, this Admiralty Order takes precedence. Navy Ranks will be used exclusively throughout, but the Rank Code and Number will be given to ease conversion to other Branches.
