TRMN members participating in the following leadership roles and designated positions already have the opportunity to influence the direction of, and make a significant impact on, TRMN as an organization. They are, therefore, prohibited from serving in the House of Commons:

• Peer.

a. Peer.

b. Board Director

c. Head of a Service or Branch or a direct report to the Head of a Service or Branch

d. Space Lord, Deputy Space Lord, and Chief of Staff to a Space Lord

• Head of a Service or Branch ~~(e.g., First Space Lord for RMN or High Admiral for GSN)~~ or a direct report to the Head of a Service or Branch

e. Command Senior Master Chief Petty Officer.

f. Fleet/Army/Station: CO, Deputy CO, Chief of Staff, Fleet Senior Master Chief Petty Officer (or equivalent).

• Space Lord, Deputy Space Lord, Chief of Staff to a Space Lord~~, or~~ Command Senior Master Chief Petty Officer.

g. Member of the Command Triad of an Echelon or Chapter large enough to require a full triad

• Fleet/Station CO, Deputy CO, Chief of Staff, or Senior Master Chief Petty Officer.

~~• Hatted position serving within a Judge Advocate General office~~ (~~either at the TRMN~~ or ~~Fleet level~~).
