The Board of Directors is the governing body of The Royal Manticoran Navy: The Official Honor Harrington Fan Association, Inc. (TRMN).
The Board was created under the Bylaws of TRMN as set forth in Admiralty Order 2307-12 in 2023. The Bylaws define the Board's membership, duties, and officers. They are primarily responsible for the corporate governance of the The Royal Manticoran Navy: The Official Honor Harrington Fan Association, Inc..

- President: Admiral of the Fleet Sir Martin Lessem, Grand Duke Lynx, Duke New Scania
- Executive Vice-President: Admiral of the Fleet Dame Laura Lochen, Duchess Split Rock, Baroness La Mancha
- Secretary: Vice Admiral of the Green Dame Cindy Van Wyhe, Countess Long Beach
- Treasurer: Warrant Officer Sir Christopher Hollaway
