The Thirteenth Fleet (Silesian Fleet) is one of the numbered fleets within The Royal Manticoran Navy: The Official Honor Harrington Fan Association, Inc.. Commanded by RADM Tomáš Váca MC, OE, OG, CGM, RHN from his flagship RHNS Acheron, this fleet's area of operations includes Continental Europe.
History
Thirteenth Fleet was activated with Naval Directive 20MY-02 on 2 June 2020. This order integrated the previously independent Czech fan club "HMS Phantom" into The Royal Manticoran Navy: The Official Honor Harrington Fan Association, Inc. (TRMN).
