Active Naval Directive 15AU-06 was issued 25 August 2015 under the authority of the First Space Lord. This order establishes the Cruiser Division 711, and appoints Captain (SG) Jimmy Nelson as Division CO.

| Re: | Organization of the Cruiser Division 711 (CruDiv711) and appointment of its Commander |
As of the date of this Order, by my hand, and by the authority of the Sovereign, Queen of Manticore Elizabeth III, I hereby establish the Organization of the Cruiser Division 711 (CruDiv711), to consist of:
- HMS Hexapuma CA-412 (Louisville, KY) Captain (Senior Grade) Jimmy Nelson, CO
- HMS Sabrepike CA-417 (Franklin, OH) Captain (Junior Grade) Kevin Johnson, CO
Division Command is given to Captain (SG) Nelson concurrent with his command of the HMS Hexapuma.
In addition I do hereby direct all officer herein named to take command of their commands and proceed to their assigned patrol area and protect the lives and property of Manticoran citizens therein, In addition you will fulfill any other duties as may be assigned by the Third Fleet Commander and the First Space Lord, this order made under my hand will be effective 0001 hours 25-AUG-2015.
