Re:	Promotion of David Fretz (ND 17DEC-03)

As of the date of this Order, by my hand, and by the authority of the Sovereign, Queen of Manticore, Elizabeth III, Spacer 1st Class David Fretz is hereby promoted to Petty Officer 3rd Class, effective immediately.

This order made under my hand will be effective 0001 hours 18-DEC-17
