As of the date of this Order, by my hand, and by the authority of the Sovereign, Queen of Manticore Elizabeth III, I hereby Appoint Commodore Daniel Walker to the position of Commanding Officer of the Third Fleet and the Third Naval District with all of the authority and responsibility requisite thereof, effective this date November 9th, 2013.
