My fellow Manticorans,
Effective as of 0001 Hours on January 29, 2016, it is my duty to announce the change of command for HMS Penelope (BC-585). The new Command Crew is as follows:
- CPO John Rebori is hereby appointed as Bosun, HMS Penelope
The CO, XO, and remaining crew and is unchanged at this time.
