BuShips Directive 1311-02 was issued 7 November 2013 under the authority of the Third Space Lord. It decommissions HMS Raven (DD-1295).
Order Text
My fellow Manticorans,
As of 0001 hours (EST) it is my sad duty to inform the members of the HMS Raven, DD-1295, a Falcon Class Destroyer has been lost during anti-piracy patrols in the Silesian sector. It is feared she has been lost with all hands.
(In reality, the HMS Raven has failed to report or respond to any of the repeated requests for status or information sent by my office. All members of the HMS Raven are to be reassigned to the HMSS Greenwich until further notice.)
