Tenth Fleet Order 2411-01A (Addendum) is a fleet order issued on 13 November 2024 by Rear Admiral Drakkus Heath, Commanding Officer of the Tenth Fleet. It is an addendum to Tenth Fleet Order 2411-01 awarding the Survivor's Cross to Julie Taylor (RMN-5579-18) for aiding an injured TRMN member during OryCon 2024.

During OryCon 2024 CaptainJG Taylor was present when a TRMN member severely jammed their pinkie finger while working in the Wardroom/Greenroom. Having had similar injuries in the past, CaptainJG Taylor knew what to do, and quickly applied a cold compress to the rapidly swelling finger. The patient did not wish to seek outside medical aid, so Captain JG Taylor routinely checked on the patient throughout the rest of the Con. Patient did seek MD advice after the con.
