Tenth Fleet Order 1805-03 is a fleet order issued on 14 May 2018 by Rear Admiral James Jones, Commanding Officer of the Tenth Fleet. The order thanks Captain Patrick McKinnion for his service as Commanding Officer of BatCruDiv 961 and formally names Captain Mir Plemmons as his successor.

Unto members of 10th Fleet and allies:
I would like to thank Captain Patrick McKinnion for his service as not only Commanding officer of HMS Andromeda, but also as CO of BatCruDiv 961. Our wishes for your success in your future duties and endeavors.
Captain Mir Plemmons, you are hereby formally named as CO of BatCruDiv 961 and all of the duties that pertain to your new Command. As we extolled you to this task, and your confirmation by your new command and their adulation gives us hope that success will be assured!
