The '''[[Tenth Fleet Summit]]''' is the fleet's annual in-person muster, convened each year in conjunction with '''[[BayCon]]''' in Santa Clara, California. Over the convention weekend the summit gathers the crews of the fleet's member chapters for '''commissioning ceremonies''' for newly formed chapters and vessels, '''promotion and awards presentations''', '''command turnovers''' and a fleet muster, and a shared '''fleet social''' alongside the wider convention programming. Fleet-wide summits were convened in 2015, 2017, 2019, 2024, and 2026; from 2015 through 2019 these alternated with a [[Task Group 91.1]] summit held for that task group's own members in the even-numbered years 2016 and 2018.
