To: All Officers, Enlisted, and Civilians in the Grand Alliance
From: Matthew Miller, Marshal of the Army
Re: (AD RMA-2510-06) Appointment of Deputy Marshal of the Army
Having received the advice and consent of the Grand Alliance Joint Chiefs of Staff, and by authority vested in me by Her Majesty the Queen, it is my duty and privilege to appoint General John Neitz, Duke of Westmarch, RMN-0117-11, to the post of Deputy Marshal of the Army, effective 22 OCT 2025.
His Grace is charged with assisting the Marshal of the Army in the oversight, coordination, and strategic administration of all Army forces of the Crown and to foster cooperation with the Grand Alliance. He is empowered to act in the name of this office in such matters as may be delegated to him and will represent the Army Staff in the absence or direction of the Marshal.
This appointment reflects the Crown’s confidence in his judgment, integrity, and long service to the Realm and the Alliance. All commands and formations are directed to extend to him the cooperation and respect due his rank and office.
