History
HMS Galahad was commissioned on 23 Apr 2012 under the command of LCDR Timothy Bailey, as a Roland-class Destroyer and assigned to the Second Fleet.[1]
A change of command on 19 Sep 2012 placed LCDR Rochelle Weber in command.[2]
A change of command on 25 Sep 2014 placed LCDR Nathan Durbin in command.[3]
A change of command on 25 Aug 2015 placed LCDR Nathan Durbin in command.[4]
