HMS Barbarossa (DD-551) is a Roland-class Destroyer assigned to the Sixth Fleet.
History
HMS Barbarossa was commissioned on 13 Dec 2013 under the command of LCDR Ashley Nichols, as a Roland-class Destroyer and assigned to the Sixth Fleet.[1]
A change of command on 23 Aug 2016 placed CDR Steven Rosenthal in command.[2]
Command-staff changes were announced on 22 Feb 2017.[3]
On 28 Feb 2018, CPO Matthew Prescott was appointed Ship's Bosun.[4]
On 17 Mar 2018, LTJG Edward E. Cook was appointed Executive Officer.[5]
On 27 Jan 2020, SCPO Liz Meinert was appointed Ship's Bosun.[6]
