The display of a Hyper Command Star indicates that a member has served as the commander of one hyper-capable chapter within the RMN as defined by BuShips. In order to qualify to wear a Hyper Command Star, the member must have served as a commander either for no less than 6 months or as a “keel-plate” owner at the inception of a hyper-capable chapter. | The display of a Hyper Command Star indicates that a member has served as the commander of one hyper-capable chapter within the RMN as defined by BuShips.
