You are hereby directed and required to proceed aboard [[HMS Valkyrie]] (SD-355), there to take upon yourself the duties and responsibilities of Commanding Officer in service of the Crown, relieving [[CDRE]] Dame Jill McTavish, [[KCR]], [[KCE]], [[MC]], [[SC]], [[DSO]], [[CGM]], [[GS]], [[QBM]], [[RMN]]. Fail not in this charge at your peril.
Effective as of 0001 Hours on 19 December 2016, it is my pleasure and privilege to announce the re-commissioning of [[HMS Kodiak Max]], CA-413. This is an [[Edward Saganami-C Class]] [[Heavy Cruiser]] and is assigned to the [[Second Fleet]] (Avon, OH, USA).


The Bureau of Ships wishes to express its appreciation to Dame Jill for her service as Commanding Officer.
